Week 1 completed!

Maeve makes the workouts so enjoyable it doesnt even feel like im wokring out! I feel so much less bloated since last week!
Some of the things Ive added into my weekly/daily routine:
- 2 litres of water a day
- 8,000-10,000 steps a day
- progress pictures every Sunday
- 3 workouts a week
- walk at least 2 times a week
