@Meadhbh Anderson Nice one Meadhbh - its great feeling to find something you like doing and it makes it easier to schedule when you look forward to it.
So true! I always found myself overdoing it and burning out too quickly before x
@Meadhbh Anderson woohoo, well done you!! First week is always the hardest I think then by week 2 it becomes part of your routine. Dunno about you but I've loved the workouts this week, Totally agree about being excited to take some time and get them done. I used to go to local classes and although they were mostly brilliant I absolutely dreaded going (I think making the effort to go out in horrid weather and also the unknown of what the coach would put us through!) but have never felt like that with@Maeve Madden classes. Actually look forward to what we're going to do each day!!
@Shaunagh Smith completely agree shaunagh! I think it's the getting ready to go out on a cold night is the worst but with maeves classes they can be done in the comfort of your home, they are fab 💕
