Hey Queens 👑
Just saw the schedule for this week and I'm so excited! It's my first week back to college and a lot of the workouts just seem to fit PERFECTLY into my online class schedule I can't wait to sort out which ones I'm going to do 😍
I've had a few treats this weekend but slowly cutting them down 🙌🏻 I'm already feeling so much stronger and my body is feeling so much better than last weekend!
Anyone else super excited for the early morning classes? I love getting up super early but my body just hasn't wanted to these days so at least it'll give me something to get up to 🙌🏻👑

@Niamh Byrne how good does it look next week!!! I can't decide which ones to do, I want to do everything but know I won't fit them all in around work (I already work my breaks around workouts and they're sometimes a little longer than they should be 🙊!) what are you thinking??? I really want to try the new strength class but then I love the classics and can't ever miss my fave combat queens and barre ballet!! So much choice 🩰💕
feeling fresh and excited going into week 3, I'm so pleased with my progress so far, I've really focussed and stuck to my healthy eating, workouts and steps and feeling so motivated, maybe even more so than the Christmas challenge!! I have my wedding dress fitting in May and know I really want to feel confident by then so this is such an amazing kick start!! Xx
@Shaunagh Smith I just figured out how to get the workouts on the same calendar as my college schedule and I'm so happy with how my week is looking 🙌🏻 I think I'll nearly be spending more time working out than in lectures at this rate and I couldn't be happier about it 😂
I always love the cardio classes and I'll definitely be doing combat queens because it's my absolute FAVORITE! I think I'll definitely go for the two early classes too, oh I can't wait for Pilates 🤤😍 yeah the new strength class is on the same time as one of my lectures so think I'll see what the queens think of it and might give it a go I used at evening before combat!
Aw yay Shaunagh I'm so excited I'm feeling good going into this week too! My steps haven't been great but I've just been really struggling to even leave the house these days 😅
Oh my god queen that's so exciting! You're definitely going to be feeling fabulous by then! 😍 I'm really hoping we get a good summer this year so I can get the shorts and crop tops out and not want to cover up my body for the first time in FOREVER! @Niamh Byrne ahhh yes it's such a great feature isn't it, what are you studying? I work at a University and just graduated as a mature student in September 2020 (ceremony cancelled of course!!) Hope you're doing okay with everything so strange being online!?

SNAP! Combat queens is my number one too 😁 love the idea of the earlies too getting up and getting them done is such a good way to start the day. So pleased you're excited for week 3 too, it's so lovely to have support from everyone and everyone else's motivation really spurs me on! Oh it is hard especially this time of year in cold and dark, I didn't want to go out at all the other night so walked around the house and up and down stairs until I got my 10k 🤣
@Shaunagh Smith I'm in my 3rd year of Radiography in University College Dublin at the minute, I'm hopeful that by the end of 4th year things will be normal again so we can have a graduation 😂😂 yeah it's so strange at the minute but there's definitely pros and cons! I'm really trying to keep looking at the positives of it, like at the end of the day I have so much more time for family, study, workouts!! And I'm saving so much on rent this semester 🤞🏻 It definitely is more stressful though because it just feels like you're teaching yourself!?
My birthday last week was one of the first times I've worn a top that shows that much of my belly and I can't even remember the last time I wore a bikini!! My goal is to definitely keep working on my confidence and team queen is helping with that so much 🙌🏻👑 Aw that's so exciting queen that it's so soon! I'm so excited for you 😍
I did the same with the steps the other day! 😂 got to 10k just from walking around the house because it's just too gloomy outside (and sometimes I really don't want to get out of my pjs 😂😂)
The support on here definitely keeps me going and it's so nice to be part of something that brings so much support and happiness I love it 🥰
