  • I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one! I guess it's because we're so spoiled with choice with the range of workouts AND another new trainer, Tracey joining us this week!! I have added everything to my online calendar but I'm going to go through and write down the ones I definitely don't want to miss 💪 @Louise Hegarty - yes I love combining a couple of workouts, I did early morning pilates followed by Abs Attack last week and that felt good for me so maybe try that again this week. Just finished All Out Legs, what a start to the week. Hope you all have a fab week 4!! xxx
