@Sharon Scully Wow what a brilliant article Sharon. I've felt so deflated this week as I was smashing my workouts and runs last week but have been so fatigued and emotional the past couple days. Its so refreshing to read that and to connect deeper with our cycle as women. Its amazing the effect it as on our energy levels, hunger and stress. Going to take this weekend to stretch, recover and fuel my body with the food it needs (and wants) in preperation for the next stage of my cycle! x
@Andrea Clancy Delighted it has helped- as women we are typically our own worst critic and so hard on ourselves so your natural instinct is to be down on yourself when you perceive that you are not reaching previous and recent standards, so to have it laid out in term so clearly and logically is super helpful!
