Newbie question - filtering workouts

  • Morning birds

Probably a very silly question, but is there a way to search workouts to see what equipment is needed? Or a short summary of the workout: band, weights, squats, rdl, shoulder press or whatever?

Or is there a description on the page somewhere?

    Thanks!

  • Yes if u click on each workout in the Live Workouts Section u can read how long the class is, what type of intensity it is and what equipment is recommended.

Also in the blog section Maeve has posted what classes suit different goals such as strength building, mobility, weight loss etc.

  • @Sinead Bergin brilliant thanks Sinéad
