I kept putting off exercising before Christmas because I told myself I didn't have the time with college work. I am delighted that I signed up for the January challenge and I can't believe all the workouts I have done so far. I finally realised that if I want to get stronger (which I definitely have) and manage my stress I need to make the time to exercise. The classes are now part of my routine and daily highlight away from the books😊

Yes @Jean O’Neill!😊 I hadn't done any workouts since last May. I was honestly amazed by how many different workouts I had completed over the last 5 weeks when I looked over my list🙌🏻 Great Motivation!
