Hard to believe the spring challenge is coming to an end! It has absolotely flown but when I think back to the 4th Jan I know so much has changed since then. I love seeing everyones progress pics & stories about how their mental health has improved so much
I was thinking, as we all have different goals, and we may not all want to share them publicly, it might be a nice idea for everyone to comment on this post with just one word - it can be how you feel after the challenge, the exercise you managed to master because of the challenge or the biggest change you've noticed in your body.
I'm sure the trainers will also love to see all the comments too!
