Advice !

  • Hi Queens,

Just looking for some advice and wondering if this has happened to anyone else before.

I seemed to have hurt the right side of my stomach, everytime I walk it feels like a bad stitch, it is fine when I am sitting down or pottering around the house.

Last night I completed this weeks glutes and gains workout as there is not much jumping around and I felt fine.  But again this morning when walking to work it was very uncomfortable.

    Anyone any advice ??

    Thanks in advance x

  • @Mary McGovern hi lovely! Sounds odd. Where abouts on your right side? Lower down? Under the rib cage? What kind of pain is it, does it make your skin itch? This sounds odd but it can be a thing if you have gall bladder problems. Best to call your GP. You could have pulled something, these pains are usually musculoskeletal. Best to get checked with an expert, good luck x

  • @Sian Townend It is like opposite my belly button the right side, it is like a sharp pain when I walk...  Hopefully it starts to improve by tomorrow as I am resting as much as I can, if not I may have to go to the GP x

  • @Mary McGovern hope you feel better soon. Rest up x
