Thought I would pop on to share my Week 10 progress pics along side my Week 1 pics. I was so nervous posting these back in January but so glad I did to help keep myself accountable and to now look back at the small changes I can see in my body, as well as feeling best I have since lockdown last year - makes me so proud to see how much less exhausted / happier I look now.
These workouts have really helped get me through this lockdown which has been very difficult. My 3-5 workouts a week have become a sanctuary away from the stress of work and the pandemic, and are now a key part of my self-care routine. I have never felt so strong and can't beleive that strength training days are now my fave days of the week!
The workouts and QDQ community has also been such a blessing for my mental wellbeing and it has been so amazing to see everyone else's journey and know we're all in it together. Thank you everyone for your encouragement and sharing your own tips / thoughts / progress - it has been so motivating.
Well done Queens we did it!
