  • Hi Queens 👸

I can't believe that we have completed the challenge- 1st of many I hope! 👐

I've been a chronic yoyo dieter and going into this I thought, okay workouts look fun, let's see how long we can last...🙈

I moved in October to a new city, new house, new job, I joined a new gym and went 3 times a week, I was ticking the box and telling myself I should be making progress, even though I wasn't challenging myself and hadn't changed my eating and drinking habits!

I've continued to work full time throughout the pandemic with Oncology patients, so struggled to make the Live classes but I've completed at least 6 workouts a week, thanks to the encouragement and engagement from all you Queens! 💪

My partner has been really encouraging and we have been walking every weekend. In January I hit 583 290 steps and 564 738 steps in February 🚶🏻‍♀️

    Soooo results!

I've lost 13lbs and 29cm! I feel so much more confident in myself and so much stronger! The classes are so varied and do not feel like exercise at all! I am telling anyone who will listen to try the IG lives to find out what they are missing!

Excited to see where the next few months with take me! Xxx
