Oh the timetable is so fabulous! Going to really try and push myself, my other goals throughout this challenge are to drink more water, less snacks and listen to my body, so if I'm tired just rest as there's so much going on it will be hard to do everything. Good luck girls 💕👑

so so excited for the challenge, although exam season is fast approaching :\ i'm really going to give it a good shot. so exciting seeing so many new members and everyone so excited. i've just looked at the timetable and i literally want to do every single class so i dont know how im only going to pick a few.. good luck everyone xxx

What a start queen's!!
I've just signed up to QDQ and joined the challenge. I have to admit that I'm more scared than excited atm 😬 But I'm looking forward to getting started. I am the definition of a couch potatoe but I'm aiming to be an absolute Queen by the end of the challenge 👸
I would love to track my progress but not sure how to do it correctly. I would really appreciate any tips re: taking photos or measurements at home. Cheers queens! 👸
I wasn't actually going to sign up for the Summer Challenge as I have exams in Early June and so a lot on my plate. But the FOMO was so real!! So decided to sign up and just commit myself to 3/4 workouts in the run up to the exams. Think my brain and will definitely need the opertunity to switch off and just focus on activity so it's going to be a quieter chaellenge for me but once those exams are done I'll be in with full force!!
With all the new classes and trainers my biggest problem is whittling down the classes to the ones I want to do the most 🤣
