Hi all, brand new to QDQ and signed up for the summer challenge! The aim is to do 3/4 weekouts a week, and ive taken a starting pic. Is there anything else we need to do to complete the challenge? Did the st paddys day workout this morning and it was fab! Also really excited to see some postnatal classes, had to workout round my 10week old baby this morning, he was looking at me like i was crazy irish dancing round the living room
