I fully got first day fear today, had stuff to do during the day so the more time went on the worse it got. Ended up with full bloated anxiety belly as I was pulling on my leggings 🤦♀️
Not even my first ever qdq workout or challenge but after being off exercise for a few weeks I had major fear I'd be exhausted or not be able to do it. Oh girls was I so wrong. Almost forgot how great after a work out feels. Hearing YMCA and dancing around like an idiot because I made it through and actually enjoyed it.
Super excited for this challenge and where it may lead.
Hey Megan, we have all been there and I just completed today's sculpt and sweat and it was pure fire but the feeling is great afterwards 🙌🏻🙌🏻
