Woke up before the alarm today and thought I'll just get up and start one of the classes from the library now rather than lie for the extra half hour. Combat Queens with Maeve - brilliant and I was a sweaty sweaty mess as always lol but with spare time before I needed to start work I decided to try the mobility class from last Friday as I'd been promising to do it. I'm new to QDQ and have had times in my life had varying levels of fitness. I've dabbled with running and endless gym classes, my flexibility has always been pants but the combination of very little or consistent exercise over this last year and the fact that I'm now feeling every single minute of my 42 years plodding about my flexibility is pretty much non existent lol Anyway - how good do I feel after that mobility class this morning, yip I struggled with some of the moves but just pushed as much as I could. Would highly recommend it - will definitely be fitting it in every week ( maybe even a couple of times) So that's another goal for me along with my knees not hitting my buddha belly on the high knees and mountain climbers 😂
