Hey everyone,
Just wondering what Fitbit exercises people use for the classes? I have a fitbit charge 4 and there's a 'workout' activity, but also 'circuit training' and 'interval workout'. I have used workout for everything up to now but wondering if I should switch some of them to circuit training or interval workout. The main classes I do are spicy circuits, fireball friday, sculpt & sweat, active abs & arms and HIIT party.
Any advice? Thanks
@Paula Stewart Hey Paula, I just use workout for everything to be honest! I don't think it really makes a difference to the readings, I think by selecting it it just categorises the exercise! ☺️
@Paula Stewart im the same as@Niamh Byrne just set all to "workout" I also think it gives the same readings either way 😃😃

I really need to up my daily steps, between work being super busy and this shite weather I'm lucky if I get 2000 a day! Anyone want to do a fitbit challenge?
@Laura McParland I would deffo be up for that - I have been trying so hard to up mine and I was doing well but you are right the weather the past few weeks has just been atrocious. I made it out for a walk at lunchtime and delighted with myself today - first time to get out in ages.
