Just did our booty band from last Monday this morning as I needed a good torture!!!! It really is a great class.
Its so cool having the library to dip in and out of - no live class no problem - the recordings always feel live to me!

She was finished the class and I was still doing the 16/12/8/4 rounds - cant keep up with her speed but I won't give in!

@Sinéad Tiernan Oh I think it was actually one of the best classes yet, it seemed to pull together so many parts of previous classes! I definitely will be doing it again! Fran's classes are up there with my faves, and I love her energy!
We are so lucky with the recordings, love having them available to dip back in and out of! There's a 20 min class from October that I still do, it's like only 5 songs long but wow I get some burn from it and they are great tunes so it just flies by!
Love Francesca's band burn class too. Her upbeat mood and giddiness are infectious! Can't keep up with her but getting there! X
