Maeve you know the arms class you used to do on Saturday mornings - would you recommend doing one of those from the library each week along with the four in the challenge to cover that part of body?
I tend to do 6 workouts and then the chill out on Sundays with Esther so looking to know for maximum results what other two classes would give me maximum benefit during these four weeks?
