Ah here queens I am falling apart! Lol! I stepped awkwardly on my ankle yesterday and it went from Underneath me and I ended up in a pile on the floor! Actually for a minute was afraid I'd fractured it as I heard a snap but I think it's just a bad sprain! Fun times.
But my problem is now what?!! Himself was laughing at me because through tears I said 'But what about My QDQ workouts!'
Obviously any type of HIT and lower body is out until it heals but can I do sexy shoulders seated maybe?? Am I totally limited in what I can do?
I'm pretty sure you queens have been in a similar situation so any advice would be amazing!

@Ciara Franklin oh Ciara, have you been to see someone about it.. Defo keep it elevated but pop to the docotor if you can and rest it.. Could just need a few days off.. Let us know
@Ciara Franklin I'm in same boat, I've done something to my foot too so having to rest it for a while! Hope you are doing okay? Gutted to be missing the challenge but we can smash the next one! I was thinking seated shoulders and not much else until its feeling better.
@Maeve Madden thanks Maeve. I just spoke to a friend of mine who is a A&E Doc and he has advised me to go get an X-ray just to be sure nothing is fractured so fingers crossed!
