@Jolene Richards Just finished it with Fran, great workout very high pace in timed sections so say 15-20 secs on then 10 off and vary each exercise. Do it1 You sweat and Fran is just brillant. @Francesca Forrester Wood
@Dee Synnott this morning was my first tabata and my first session in almost a week, it was tough going but a great sweat, Fran is lovely, think that may have been my first class with her🥳
