I have tried so many workouts before, even just running for long periods, limiting my calories, weight lifting, all HIIT, all cardio, you name it I've tried it. But I have been officially back on QDQ since beginning of July, and from then until now I have gotten more toned than ever. I mean I'm not back to where I used to be but I'm obviously going to get there quickly without even trying. (Well, you know what I mean). Whenever I hear the words "Let's go girls" from Maeve I feel like a switch in my body flips and it's like "alright, time to get shredded". Anyone else feel the same?
