I'm in full holiday prep mode for November and I'm exercising and eating well(mostly) to try and lose a few kg before I go.
Would love some advice from queen's who had amazing results in terms of how many workouts i should be doing a week, which ones and what worked best for you?

@Queen Steffie there's a challenge coning up on Monday which is gonna be 4 workouts a week! Bit of variety in what you have to do if the last challenge is anything to go by!
I first joined just before the last challenge and it was 4 weeks and I loved it...maybe try the challenge! 😀 Best of luck...and I'm sure you'll look fab on hols 🤗
@Queen Steffie join the new challenge u'll defo see results & calorie deficit also. I lost 1 1/2 stone in two months doing the classes, walking & calorie deficit. Good luck x
