  • Wowser the Boot Camp this morning was amazing! Really felt the extra minute on the EMOM. Sweated so much and feeling great starting into my birthday week! Thank you yet again @Maeve Madden for bringing the fire!!



  • @Hilary Barrett oh my lord. I did it today as I just couldn't face a workout yesterday, zero motivation and a weekend of pure indulgence! I'm way behind on the challenge, maybe a week or so, dont know what I was thinking doing the boot camp, it was mad!!!!! That bit on the middle was so spicy, I was using my top to dry up the sweat🙈😂 I'm still feeling it 4 hours later🥴


  • Boot camp was an absolute killer and then Maeve dropped a knowledge bomb that made me understand why I was so bummed out last week! Bluddy hormones!!!

    Just done Machine Gun Maeve, holy moly!! Those bent over flys are an absolute killer! For some reason I was getting pain in my lower arms towards the end of those, I must be doing something wrong I think!


  • And Combat Queens this morning - such a burner! Loved it!

    @Chloe Smith maybe gripping too tightly or a funny angle to top of arm? If you think about the muscle you're trying to work while you're lifting sometimes that can help focus the strength in that area iykwim


  • @Hilary Barrett I've given myself today off and will catch up on Combat tomorrow. I bet it was firey though!

    I know what you mean with thinking about the muscles you're working and I was rushing a bit on those flys so I probably didn't have proper form. I'm not aching today though so I didn't do any damage, which is a plus!

  • @Dee Synnott good luck raising your fork to your moth at dinner! Honestly, I might not have died but I think my shoulders did! Just done COmbat Queens and I'm absolutely buzzing, I love that class!
