Hi all, does anyone know if Pilates is in the challenge? I love doing it and would really like to have it "count", I'll continue with it regardless as I've really noticed an improvement since starting doing it every week.

@Claire Ryan I think maeve said this morning that the preferred 3 classes are total, upper and lower. But I'd definitely keep it in if you enjoy it, after all it has to be somewhat enjoyable or we'll never be able to sustain it!!!
I did my first full pilates class this week....definitely feel it today in my core, and I thought being low impact and slow that it was a bit of a rest😆😆😆😆
@Claire Ryan as far as I'm aware all the classes are included in the challenge this time around.. maybe @Maeve Madden could clarify for us?
Hope they all are because I'm loving the pilates and yoga as well as the sweaty classes.
