I can't be the only one who really misses the Team Queen workouts on rest days? I never imagined feeling like that about exercise - it's amazing and we're so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team of strong women 💪🏻

@Alice Keane LOL you're not the only one! 😄 They're so fun and really put me in a good humour so I hate not doing them, if I'm not sore I usually go back and pick my favourite from the previous few and do that again! 😊 I used to always do this on Instagram and would be heartbroken if my favourite one from a week or two before was gone 😂 we will have plenty to choose from the website now! 🥰🥳👑 and yes, we are very lucky! I've never felt this excited about exercise!🥰😂💕xxx
I like to go for a walk and do pilates or yoga for an active rest day and longer stretching time. This also allows me to still hit my daily watch goals!
Snap! I miss the shake and stretch sessions, they were so fun! Wonder if Maeve would record a one off so we could do on rest days 😁

@Alice Keane me too!! But my lesson learned from last week was when Maeve rests so should I 😂 I definitely paid for it on Friday!! This morning I went for a long walk to make me feel better about rest day!
Morning Queens! I have always been a queen to dislike rest days and had terrible FOMO on those days! However, I've just taken half term off and now I can't get myself to even put my gym kit on to start a workout 😔. It's a rubbish feeling, I hate feeling like this, I love working out so where has my motivation gone?? Any advice greatly received, thanks Queens 👑 ❤️
