The queen @Maeve Madden has suggested yoga maybe being added to site. I for one would love this! I haven't done yoga in a long time but I know how beneficial it is and I defo need more ways to relax!!! What do you queens think of that?

Yesss@Carmel Mulvany I agree. I do love yoga, it's relaxing but also really helped with my flexibilty and joint pains (especially my hips!) can't wait!! Xx

@Carmel Mulvany I'd be so keen for this. Love yoga. I had a shoulder and wrist injury and found that it really helped build up my strength to be able to do planks etc again. Such a great way to unwind and you always feel great afterwards. I always forget about it now though so this would be a great way to get back into it 🙂

Love yoga and pilates! Would be great to add yoga into the mix for those days when you want to move but want something slower.

Just completed Friday workout. Loved working on upper body. Would like to try yoga, never have before. Definitely need something to help relax the mind now that a type of normal life is returning 🙂
