  • Hi Queens, i am currently in talks with two yoga instructors who also do meditiation and we will hopefully be adding this in on wednesdays.  I will put it in the announcements once its all verified

  • Yoga and meditation would be great! I am unable to do workouts for the next few weeks due to injury (fell after too much wine, injury was not related to the workouts!) and am feeling missing the Team Queen energy!

  • @Audrey Browne I've never tried Pilates, but just really fancy it! I took a proper rest day today, but I'm feeling so guilty about it. I always feel like I have to do a workout everyday, even if it's a 20min one.. I think it's down to me mostly working at home all day by myself and I get so bored! But I was thinking to myself "how good would a wee yoga or Pilates type class be today" .. it'll be awesome! 


  • @Carmel Mulvany I had a proper rest day today and did absolutely nothing! I'm trying not to feel guilt about being so lazy 😂 I was feeling pretty sore after this week already so hoping I'm totally ready to go hard tomorrow... I love the Sweaty 7s, it's amazing how fast the class goes and how much your arms hurt after huh! 


  • @Helen Madden well done queen!!! I always feel guilt about rest days too, thought I was d only one!!! But we shouldn't, days like that are so needed!! We work so hard every other day! Once yoga starts it will feel even better doing this on rest days!!!! I'm gonna do the sweaty 7s today, cant wait xx


  • Done the mini flow on Esther's insta today as a little taster for next week, and i loved it! So excited to get stuck into the yoga it'll be a nice way to stretch out on rest Wednesday 😁🙌
