Finished yesterday's HIIT live about an hour ago and my heart rate is still elevated and my face still flushed 🥵🥵🥵. I've been properly on the bus the last 3 weeks and I can feel my fitness returning, my strength returning and my confidence going up!!! So much so I bought some bright gym gear which I have never done.
I get cranky now if I don't do a workout! Who knew underboob sweat was a thing haha?!
Just completed yesterday's workout. Definitely had a stitch at one point but absolutely loved it! Really enjoyed the new Little Mix track, those ski jumps are killer! Woke up feeling awful this morning so waited until later on in the day to fit it in. Feel so much better for it and flying on endorphins.
