I've had a pretty manic and chaotic 6 weeks where it leaked Monday. Tonight I gave myself permission to decompress. I was inspired by Esther's posts on insta so I tried lying on my mat, wrapped in ...
@Audrey Browne it's great to be back. I've tried a good few of the new classes and they are fire. I had DOMs for 4 days and stairs were my nemisis

@Hannah Reel just got back into reading and it was between that and the Cipher...I chose the Cipher purely cos I've heard such great things about Where the Crawdads Sing that I'm afraid it won't li...
@Sarah H. Smith I love the music for that class. I think because it reminds me of a club 🙈😭😭😭. There's adrenaline behind it and it makes you want to keep bouncing. I tend to do the Carlton during t...
Wasn't it just! First live I've been able to do in a while - I don't think my body has realised what it's just done!
@Maeve Madden Just a quick question re the food guide - will there be a guide/substitutions for various diet restrictions? Completely understand with a community this large it's difficult to cater ...
This is the class I always dread because I psych myself out of it saying it'll be too tough, I don't have a strong core, I won't be able, I'll have to give up, blah blah blah. After I do it though ...
