Hi everyone! Is anyone else struggling to find the right balance with your goals? I of course love doing the workouts here but also made it a goal to get out of the house and go for a walk or something outside for the fresh air & a mental break, but sometimes my legs feel so dead I worry I'm overdoing it/won't have enough energy for the workout the next day. Is anyone else having the same problem? How are you balancing everything you want to do without pushing your body too much? Much love <3
Feeling exactly the same! I did perky peach earlier, but feel I really should go out for a walk just to get out of the house and get some air. I tend to not push myself physically on my walk on a day I've done a workout. Just put a podcast on and go for a stroll. Then on a Sunday, a good hike and no team Queen.
@Victoria Alexander awh queen that is so normal! I've had a bad wk, no motivation, no energy and I tried to beat myself up but after a while I think, I'm trying, I'm doing the classes, I'm here!!!! It's tough some days but powering on through is d key!!!!some wks I take it easy cuz I know energy levels low. U know ur body so I think best to work with it! Xx
