  • @Caitriona ODonohoe hey Queen u're nailing the workouts & ur step count. The rest will fall into place. I know that when I struggle to sleep its because I over endulge with sugary stuff so that was one of my goals - Cut out sugar. So far it's working🤞 sleep has improved big time plus Im bright as a button when I wake up. Raring to go 😂.

    Try this to help with the hydration & snacking. For every craving u have take a big drink of water. It distracts u from the sweet things plus u're getting ur hydration on point...💪. U will knock this out of the park Caitriona I have every faith in u & u will with ur uni studies Queen. U've got this in the bag girl. 


  • @Ashleigh John heya Queen, we've all bn there. We don't want to do anything, cldnt be bothered but like u we still show up & get it done and feel the better for it. I've certainly bn where u r. I had lost weight & then thought 'ah well I can relax a bit now' & before I knew it my weight was back on & I felt I wasn't giving the workouts my all. So I told myself that I needed a big bottle of "COP ON" & to get back on that venga bus. Still drinking the bottle of "COP ON" 😂 😂. I cleared out my negativity drawer & now I'm back to where I want to be. So Ashleigh hopefully this challenge might be just what u need Queen. Why not concentrate big time now on your goals that u have set play it week by week you will get there. Remember Maeve will be putting nutrition ideas soon so hang on in there doll.  Come back here & let us know how u're doing. We're all here for u Queen 👑 💕 💕 


  • @queensdontquit Heya Queens hope u r all keeping well. Another week of the Christmas challenge down 😅 I know we r all knocking it out of the park. 💪💪💪💪👑👑👑. Loving all the workouts this week. Love lottie & Esther & looking forward to Sinead for the Pilates. 

    Anyway I want to give my highs & lows for this past week. OK so my highs r that my Sleep has improved more so feeling well rested due to cutting out sugar. My hydration is on point 2.5 to 3ltrs daily. My meal plan is good thanks to suggestions from @Valeria Lorgio. Queen there is a definite improvement. So that's my sleep, sugar, meal plan & water covered in my highs.

    Now my low was my steps. I had planned on hitting 15000 steps a day. Well that was a bust, life & other things got in the way of my planned walks. And do u know what! that's just life so I've decided I'm going to keep trying to achieve my step goal & if it happens it happens I will not beat myself up over it. But all in all happy enough with my week. Over to u Queens. 👑👑👑


  • Just checking in on this ladies!  I had a good week last week, did x4 workouts and did NOT ONE BUT TWO WALKS 😂 My nutrition was good but went out the window at the weekend, I had had done two weeks no booze, no refined chocolate, no takeaways!  But on Sat I had all the red wine, chocolate and went out for panckaes on Sunday but we are all about balance, right?!  I'm actually on my period now so I'm taking today off from Team Queen and might rejoin at Yoga and do my next three from there (I did the extra one last week so I wouldn't be putting myself under pressure this week!).  I don't know about anyone else but I really struggle to do the workouts the first few days of my period, how Queen Maeve does it I'll never know!!  But yes in short roll on week 3 of the challenge!  I hope everyone is still enjoying it, and reaching their goals!x


  • Love this idea queens. I was sick for the first week of the challenge but thankfully still managed to get three workouts in and last week I got 5 in so was delighted with that. As I've mentioned before I live in the UAE so going out for dinners and staying in hotels and basically just eating all around me happens a lot here hah! I have had a massive change in my body since March and I am so happy with all my progress but int the last 3 weeks my diet has been rubbish leaving me feeling pretty rubbish. Yesterday I had a chat with myself as I am the only one who can control my food and how I want to feel everyday. I am in the process of fixing the diet and then if I do have a day at the weekend where I wanna treat myself I can do it guilt free! This week I want to up the water intake, go for walks every (can be a struggle here as its very hot, first world problems I know) haha!! Get all team queen workouts done! I am so excited for this new week with new goals. I hope everyone is doing okay xx


  • @Suzie McDonald whooohoo delighted u had a great week. Also remember we have to have some fun & let our hair down. That what's this journey is about in my opinion "doing what needs to be done" Some days it might b workouts runs & walks, then others days it might be the glass of vino the chocolate bar or cake. And 90%of the time it happens when the periods come knocking. So just do what needs to be done Suzie. U'll come back ready to kick this challenge into touch. 💪💪💪💪. Stay strong girl we're in it together.

So happy for u with ur progress & u know what Emma sometimes we fall off that diet wagon but just like the Venga bus we jump right back on it again. Uve this Queen.   • Hey girls, hope you're all keeping well and that week 3 of the countdown is going good for you! I've been sticking to the workouts but struggling with my food - my husband is some man for the Sunday pints and takeaway and I can never say no!! Just trying to focus on each day's food being as clean as possible and take it from there, with the aul treat thrown in for good measure! When I do the workouts it really helps me stop the feeling of guilt when I've gone off plan with the food though so I'm finding them brilliant!


  • @Rebecca Martyn I'm same as u living the workouts Queen . I feel u with the hubbie & meal plan. My hubbies the same 🙄. I struggled with the late night snacking but u know what Rebecca u said it urself focus is key. So thank u Queen uve given me another goal. We will get there.💪💪💪💪💪💪💪 Team Queen all the way girl 👑👑👑👑👑

    I have had to take an impromptu rest day today! Very bad day at work and had no time at all to squeeze anything in, so i am going to switch my Tuesday and Wednesday around so i dont miss out!!

    Loving this challenge so far, i have managed to get in every workout so far since the start and meeting all my other goals too, so feeling a bit deflated this evening not being on point today but fingers crossed I'll get caught up tomorrow, excited to try the 100 burpee challenge 😆 Going to try and get artistic later in the week and fill out the wee team queen form Meave posted to show my progress!

  • Oooooh queens I finally have some energy again! Had great sleep last night and I'm like a new woman today..... thank god!!!!! Just completed today's sweat sess, I'm so sweaty..... holy moly!!!!!! Loved the high intensity straight through @Maeve Madden and d new routines! You are smashing this gurl!!!!!! Completed all burpees and did the skiing from side to side for the 1st time....whoop whoop. Take the wind queens, they all matter!!!!!!! 


  • Hey hey Queens! How are we?! Week 3 - yes! So as mentioned I was taking a period rest week but I did wind down yoga yesterday and really enjoyed it and I did Tuesdays hiit there now! LOVED it @Maeve Madden I really like the higher intensity for longer def got my heart rate up more and a bigger burn, it was also just so fun!! As I’ve been hormonal all week my duet hasn’t been great but I’ve kept the hydration going! Hope everyone else is still feeling strong and enjoying the challenge!x


  • @Suzie McDonald go you queen!!! Defo had a better wk this wk thank god! I also loved the yoga even with the dog trying to steal the show, felt really good after it!!!! I'm still eating way too many biscuits with my tea but sure 1 thing at a time 😉😉😉😉


  • @Danielle McKay we all get like that I think. We wake up with great intentions & then boom the day has run away on us. Between meetings, school runs, housework, some days we don't know whether we r coming or going. But very wise of u to take that break because if u started a workout stressed out ur concentration is not on point & that's when we can injure ourselves. So when I have one of those kind of days, I really do find a long hot bath with my book, helps to kick it into touch. So Danielle be kind to urself, u work very very hard so chin up Queen 2moro is a brand new day & U WILL make it a kick ass day 💪💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥👑👑👑👑🌹🌹🌹🌹

  • @queensdontquit very late updating my journey goals for Week 3. I had a good week across the board. QUEEN workouts x7 plus a few of my own. My hydration varied 2 litres to 3 litres and I am pleased with my sleep & diet. Something I was always confused with was my intake of protein & carbs especially as I workout a lot. I looked into it through a friend of mine & as it turns out I haven't been eating enough protein & possibly too much carbs. So for week 4 I will be concentrating on that side of my meal plan, as I have decided that I want tone up more & improve muscle. Wishing u all the very best for Week 4 Queens have a great one. #queensdontquit #queenteam #queenteamsupport 


  • @Audrey Browne woow hun that's fantastic! Ur so good at all that stuff, my food isnt great at all! I'm a tea and biscuit girl..... not good 😂😂😂. Wish you lived beside me to whip me into shape!!!!   • @Audrey Browne well Audrey the rest of the week didn't go quite to plan either!! Due to the new announcement here in NI a wedding i was bridesmaid on was brought forward from this Friday to last Thursday!!(less than 24 hours notice!) So i got my three workouts in last week and no more because it was all go getting everything moved - but ended up being a perfect day and now i am well rested and back to it ready for another week of the challenge 💪 phew! Hope you are all doing well this week xo
