Just getting caught up on yesterday's yoga and WOW - i didn't realize how tight my hips were, no wonder i'd been having knee pain🙃 I'm so grateful we have these active recovery sundays because it gives me time to really slow down and reflect on all the workouts i've done during the week, and the active recovery is a way of taking care of my body and thanking it for all it does. So so lovely, thanks so much Esther!!

@Victoria Alexander so agree!! I caught up on yoga yesterday after a run and it helped sooo much!!! I could barely keep my eyes open during it though, so relaxing and Esthers voice is so calmin 😴

I never liked yoga before this classes of wind down yoga ! Loved it so much and I really feel that my back loves it too. With the lockdown in France, I didn't have a proper seat to work in my appartement all day so, sometimes, I feel that my back hurt. With wind down yoga i have less back pain ! And I like the sensations too. I feel more relaxed ! 🧘♀️
