Happy Sunday! - End of 1st week spring challenge


  • Happy Sunday everyone! I've just finished yoga with Esther and feeling 😌  I highly recommend the class to anyone who's feeling a bit sore or tight after all the hard work throughout the week. It's such a great stretch and so relaxing. Does anyone else also feel really emotional at the end of the yoga class? I think it's all the stress leaving! 

    What a great first week back (despite all the awful news going on at the moment!) -- I'm so grateful for the Queen workouts which give me so much structure in my day. Working during lockdown at home alone can be such a bummer, but I really look forward to my workouts! They definitely help keep me sane! .. I'm hoping to catch some more lives this week and get in on the chats. 

    Hope you all enjoyed the first week back! (And welcome to all the new queens!) See you tomorrow 👑 ♥️

  • Yes Helen I agree!!! Always found it difficult to workout at home but this has managed to get me motivated!! Great start to the Spring Queen challenge 💪🏻 Looking forward to the upcoming weeks!! 🙌🏻


  • Hi there,does anyone know where today's yoga class is saved? I can't see it in Live workouts or library. Newbie so apols if missing it somewhere obvious.

  • First week completed!!! Woohoo....have to say first time actually really enjoying home workouts, maeve is very encouraging and the music is great 😁 now onto next week 💪

  • @Louise Reilly the workouts are just so addictive. I couldn't be without them now! I feel like they're a big part of my every day life .. I don't know where I'd be without these in lockdown (and beyond!) I joined last March and cancelled my gym membership even when the gyms were open again. These workouts are SO much better! 👑 x
