Hi to all my beloved Queens! How are you all doing?
After a tough 2020, being quarantined for months and neglecting myself and my body, I just wanted to share with you the wonders of Maeve's workouts. I haven't being working out this much (3/4 times a week) for more than 10 years (I mean, I would get a gym membership, go 2 times, and continue being a couch potato, lol)
So I just wanted to say thank you to @Maeve Madden 👑 and her Queens for keeping me motivated, happy, healthy and strong!!! (of course, I changed my nutrition as well, & the progress is still going, I am far away from where I want to be, but this is a solid start) and thank you to all of you Queens for being so nice and supporting, this is the best community ever tbh!
