I've been taking 1/2-1 scoop of protein generally after weights workouts but I was wondering should I be taking it after a cardio focused workout like Maeves song routine workouts? Any advice would be great. Thanks😊

@Jane Stapleton hey you can take it after strength or cardio. I try to eat more protein in my diet now but would make a protein smoothie once or twice a wk after some workouts. It Can help recovery and is nice and refreshing if some frozen berries etc chucked in. 🍓🍒

@Jane Stapleton hi Jane, this will really depend on your overall diet and how much protein you are consuming per day yourself. I dont tend to take a protein shake as eat protein weather animal or plant based at every meal. Sometimes I will supplement with a bcaa recovery drink if I am teaching back to back workouts.
Protein shakes are of course super beneficial if you are unable to get protein into your diet or for convenience.
