Thought I'd create a thread and track myself each week during the Summer Queens Challenge! I did the Spring Challenge and I felt so much stronger but it would be interesting to see if you could actually tell from photos!
I've finally decided on some goals for myself:
- Complete at least 3 QDQ workouts per week - trying to include as many advanced moves as possible (currently mostly doing advanced apart from some ab work and squats) 👑
- Include new healthier meals in my diet, focussing more on veggie meals (including any from QDQ) 🥦
- Get outside everyday for a walk/run 🌞
- Keep up with running 3 times per week 🏃♀️
- Do full push ups during QDQ workouts 💪
- It would be nice to come out of this with a stronger core and some booty growth but the most important thing is to feel amazing 🍑

Week 3 14/04/21 (bit late with the progress pic oops!) Definitely feel a bit stronger this week and feeling more of the workouts 😀

Week 4 - feeling leaner around the stomach area!
Week 5 - Definitely seeing some definition and proper strength in my arms! Even a tiny glimmer of ab muscles 🤣 Feeling so strong!

Week 6 - Bit of a dip due to stress being away from home and wedding stress 😅 But still managed to do 4 workouts!
Jenny you're doing amazingly well! Those photos are unreal! You should be so proud of yourself! I love your goals for each week, I think it's such a good idea! I think I'll start doing it myself and then can tick it off at the end of the week! X
