Can anyone recoment workout shorts?
I never wear them, I hate my thighs, I always have but need to embrace them and realise nobody cares as much about how my legs look as I do!!
I wore a puma pair today that have a big thick band on the waist, I think that might be a bit much for working out as the pressure on my tummy is making it swell!!!
I also hate my legs but feel more comfy workin out In shorts and when it's just at home shorts are best! I love ones with like a cycling short under and Baggy outer bit. These are my faves but I see they're out of stock.

I have these ones. They are super light and airy for training but I wouldnt recommend wearing them outside of your workout room unless you are super confident with your legs! 😂 Which I am not! They are a bit see-through and quite short so unless you had a good pair of knickers on you'd see your arse cheeks hanging out 🍑 It could be just the colour though, maybe a darker pair would be better. Great for home workouts though.
I like the look of the new Adapt Ombre ones, they seem to be a nice length, not too short or long.
I like the Adidas ones but they don't have an under short as they are mainly for running but they are perfect for working out and beyond comfy.

@Anne Hamilton Black I tend to wear the gymshark "loose fit" ones or the Nike pro shorts! I used to be so conscious of my legs but I've gotten to the stage of wearing shorts everywhere because I spent so much time beating myself up when the weather got warmer. I figured feck it let's just wear the shorts and I feel amazing!
oooooo love that it is shorts season, there is a sale happening on gymshark I think this week, and loads of shorts are in the sale more the tighter ones but also long now the tini hotpants which are nice... I love those loose ones from gym shark last year they wr great

I've just ventured into workout shorts - thanks to the Friday Fireball class for the confidence 😂 I got a pair of North Face ones that have built in 'pants' and then are short but floaty around the legs. They've been great for the warmer weather, and I think I'll get a pair of the tighter fitting Gymshark ones in the sale, too!
