So I was in isolation for 10 days after my housemate tested positive for Covid, managed to do the odd workout but on the whole felt shite being cooped up!
After being free for all of 4 days I have tested positive myself & girls I am FEELING IT. Run over by a truck is the only thing that comes close 😂
The only thing I can bring myself to do is some of the warm ups/cool downs - I couldn't even make it through a Yoga class without coughing/sweating/sneezing my head off. I had to call it a day and get back to bed 🙈
I'm pure gutted to be missing the start of the Summer Strong Challenge!
Queens please help - any tips for getting through this nasty bug while staying even slightly motivated & not just rotting in bed all day everyday.
