Hi queens!
Was doing the live last Tuesday with Emma and I felt a little twinge in the left side of my lower back, it wasnt enough to stop me but as the week has gone on, I been able to complete all the lives but can still feel it a little bit. This morning with Maeves class I can feel it more so I had a look at the stretching/mobility section to see if I can help it along myself but there is so many to choose from and I haven't a clue what to go for!
Any advice?!
@Melissa Reilly hi lovely , try esthers class from the 4th july , wind down yoga . it's all for lower back an hip . i had 2 weeks off due to bad back an this was a god send . a physio told me it can also be tight glutes or hamstrings that affect lower back ! hope it helps an it improves lovely xx
@karen louise . Aw thank you so much, I really appreciate the reply! It feels a bit like a stitch, so I really want to try and stretch it out if I can, I'll try it today!
The library is quite overwhelming and I didnt know how to msg a leader so just hoped a queen could help me!
