Ding ding drills alternative weights

  • Hi all!!

Just completed my last Ding Ding bells of the challenge! I am in Spain visiting my family (finally after 18 months) but that means I did not have any weights so I improvised some weights with milk cartons and olive oil and a dictionary all put in a little pouch haha

I think I will be repeating this last class next week with my weights for satisfaction !

Anybody is in the same boat and how did you create your weights? I could not think of anything heavier than a milk carton! Thanks!

    xxx

  • @Maria Fano Gonzalez well done!!! Early in the challenge my kids moved my weights so I used giant jenga blocks, they weren't overly heavy alone but I put a few together and used them as a kettlebell 😆

Hope you enjoy your trip, enjoy and well done for sticking with the challenge while on hols!

  • @Melissa Reilly thanks Melissa! That is so clever! Unfortunately my mum doesn't have a giant jenga game but I might go and  buy some  weights today because I want to finish sexy shoulders in a high!
Hope your kids have returned your weights now! Haha xx

  • Hi Maria! Keep the milk cartons but fill them with sand, it'll make them heavier! I'm sure you'll find a beach in Spain lol!

Enjoy the rest of your time away ☺️
