Hey Queens! Just wanted to pop on and see how everyone was? Since I've started back at work full time it has been manic and I've very much been a Library catch up Queen and I've missed chating away to you all on the lives! 👑
How is everyone getting on? Are we loving Week 3 of the challenege? I managed to squeeze in Active Abs & Arms and Combat Queens yesterday after work and Machine Gun Maeve this morning! I'm loving this progression challenege already and feeling stronger! 💪🔥
Hi georgie bless you , i miss the live chats too when i'm doing a lot of catch ups ! i started strong on the challenge after a month off but just had a week away to isle of wight to visit friends and i feel like i've ate my weight in the island 🏝 !!! so i'm back on it today with lotties class . ive subscribed to symprove cause been feeling very bloated aswell . i love all the new classes and sarah's a great motivator, i need her in my life spurring me on daily . hoping now i can focus on the challenge i can start cooking healthy again , was nice to indulge though 😋! glad your feeling stronger 😘xx
Hey ladies! I'm only on week one🙈 had a chest infection and it took three weeks to clear. So I waited as suggested by some of the queens even though I was raging to have missed the challenge! I've done a workout every day this week as I feel post sickness it's really helping my head and I feel at least I've that much done in the day!!
All my workouts have been library as I'm afraid to join the lives this week, with it being progressive I've definitely stopped in stamina!! But the library is grand, also miss the chats, especially before the workout when your wondering if your mad to be up in the dark and then some of the girls say the same, you realise someone else is standing in their kitchen feeling the same as you....then off we all go...together but apart!!!!

I'm a newbie and haven't worked out in about 4years 😩 I've an 8 month old who hasn't been sleeping up until a few nights ago and this morning was my first class! I set my alarm for 6.15 and next thing I knew my husbands alarm was going off at 7am 🙈 I'd fallen back asleep but hopped up and got 30 minutes of the class in 😂 I really enjoyed it and hoping to get some more in next week 😊
@Emma Hanlon welcome! The library is always good for catch ups if you happen to sleep in. I'm always walking the dog during the lives so I pretty much only workout from the library (unless I have a day off or am on holiday).
I love the chat in the lives but it's so convenient to be able to catch up in the evening!
@Chloe Smith thanks Chloe, I'll definitely have a look at the library, that will really come in handy for me when my husband is home and can watch the kids! I think a pre workout will be needed for the early mornings 😄
