I never can stay on for the chats at the end of the the workouts, today I was doing a mundane task in work so I popped on todays workout just to listen to the chat - lots of new info! App getting closer and new nutritionist!! I'm so excited about some new recipies, I've been cooking the same things for the past year and half and so fed up! Jodies performance was a bit flat so I was really dissapointed with that element of Queens Don't Quit.
Any other news we queens are missing from the chats?!
@Laura McParland this is what I need - some nutritional advice. I'm going grand with the exercise but I can't shift this weight I've put on this last year or so. 😭 I've decided life is too short to count calories and it only makes me obsess over food and then I overeat. Ideally I want the everything in moderation approach but I 100% need some meal ideas, have gotten so lazy in the kitchen - it's all open the packet and stick in the oven stuff 🙈
I'm happy to share some recipes, perhaps we can start a thread in the nutrition section.
I do find gusto or hello fresh good for ideas and they give you calorie guide, but not sure if they are available in Ireland.
I know it's a competitor! But I bought the new Courtney black book "fit foods and takeaways", fab recipes, all calorie counted, delicious
