Just wondering what size weights would you suggest for the Upper Body Tuesday workout, I currently only have 7.5kg weights and a 10kg which are kind of too heavy so have been skipping upper body workouts. Any suggestions would be fabulous, Thank you x
Hi Susie, I use 2kg & 4kg but I’m not very strong! Think 3kg & 5kg would see you right. The upper body workouts are fab, you can always up your weights again with time. Good luck! 💪🏻👑💕
@Susie Gorman I have problems with my back so I stick with 2.5s but after 40 mins of candy canes I still feel it! I currently have two heat patches stuck to my shoulder and boob after yesterday's session😵
3/4/5 maybe to start....dont forget that two dumbbells combined are very heavy🤪😆😆😆
