@Caitriona Lyons I just caught up today and did Lottie's class - ooooshhh it was hard! I tried to do most of it and felt proud at the end but it's definitely a goal to be able to do all the reps/weights etc ... we will get there! I'm loving the variation and new classes we have now. I'm finding that my muscles are getting sore again where they had stopped and I'd gotten used to the workouts. So obviously doing different workouts is helping us use different muscles and will take a little getting used to. Love it! 💪 😊

@Helen Madden oh absolutely we will get there! I always went with the HIIT and lean legs workouts but with the Christmas challenge I've started trying the others. What's surprised me is the ones I was dreading I've loved! I have zero upper body strength and the arms workouts are turning into my favourite ones! The fact I could do most of the exercises in Lottie's class is a win. Form comes first, then the reps! We got this Queen!

Just finished Lottie's workout and OMG boxing with weights was a killer! Absolutely loved it! 💪
