Hiya Queens. 🥰 What a fantastic but tough week of workouts 😲. @Maeve Madden brought it to us for week 9. I absolutely loved it. Can u believe we r nearly there 3 more weeks 😯😯. Anyway I was happy enough with my goals this week but I did have highs & lows.
My highs were completing my workouts everyday some days 2 classes. My sleep is back on track, which I'm delighted with. Hydration is 100% on point.
My lows this week are my meal plan & steps but this is down to the big clean up after all my decorating. It was non stop. When I look back at this week I can't believe that i was only eating 1 meal a day as I was so so busy. With all the running around I still didn't make my 15k step count but my house looks amazing ready for Christmas..
So going forward this week, WEEK 10 😲. I will be back on my meal planning & as I'll have my mini Queen with me this week I definitely will be getting my steps in. So after each daily workout I will b doing 7.5k walk. So looking forward to getting back on track.

@Audrey Browne oh queens, not the best wk for me.... I ran a few times with my friend to keep her company and drained myself!!!! I just want to thank @Maeve Madden for continuing to do classes when family worries were high. I do these classes cuz I'm proud to be part of team and adore this whole process!!!!! But when i see our queen bee upset, it kills me!!!! @Maeve Madden you go above and beyond for all of us!!!!!! I just want to say thank you so much 4 all ur support! I didnt walk as much as I should and I ate way too much....but hey I'm gonna take it on the chin and move onto next wk.

@Audrey Browne @Carmel Mulvany Sounds like you both had successful weeks, well done!! Carmel you might not think it was a good week but running is tough so fair play, i couldn't be doing both! It totally drains me too I've 100% retired from it for a while i think 😅
My week was fine, got all the workouts in my sleep was good as well but my steps are always a big struggle to me with a desk job, so i am very thankful to have all the extra team queen workouts Meave has been working hard to bring us, its the much needed movement i need everyday to get me through working from home!

Steps are always something I struggle with but as long as I get classes in, I'm happy!!! They make my day and always lifts my mood, which is much needed these days xx

@Danielle McKay well done u on another great week doll. I'm with u with the steps. I struggled for a while then I was back on track & then off it again. If I can make a daily 10k I'm happy. My week was good. Completed all the daily workouts, which I adored. My meal plan was back on track, Hydration was excellent, Sleep was amazing and my steps great. Walked the legs off myself this wk 🥵. So all in all I'm pleased that I have no lows this week
For Week 11 I know I'm going to be up the walls & feel it's possible my steps (walks) will be affeected but my hubbie rocked up Friday evening with a spinning bike so if I don't get my walk in I'm going 2 jump on the bike & do 5k 🤞🤞🤞.
So I hope that ur Week 10 was a good one for u & I wish for Week 11 to be an even better one for u Queens. Only 2 more to go Queens. Dead proud of us all👑👑👑❤️❤️
@Audrey Browne well done on another successful week Queen Audrey 👑 I'm pleased with how this week went, loved the workouts, some super spicy ones this week hey!!! Managed to get 10k steps most days and diet was mostly on track, apart from when I started period and a whole back of choccy popcorn accidentally fell into my mouth 😂🙈 oops!
never mind, week 11 is going to be fab I can feel it in my bones!! Have a couple of nights out at the end of the week so I'm going to push myself harder than ever in the workouts!!
ive also signed up to a local challenge with a running club, starting next Saturday, ramping it up for Christmas! Starts with 12km on day 1, 11km on day 2... and so on and so on until just 1km on day 12! I am NOT a runner other than during Hero 🤣 so I know this will be tough alongside Queening but figured I can walk/run and get my steps in every day before Christmas 🎄

I had an ok wk, got all my workouts completed and few walks but steps bit low. Hormone central this wk and food bad but I did Saturdays workout earlier and felt my energy coming back so I'm hoping this wk will be wee bit better!!
I hope alm you queens had a good wk too and if it wasn't great, let's park it and hope this wks a bit better! Love to you all xxx

@Shaunagh Smith Oh love the sound of that challenge!! I managed my first 10k run yesterday, you'll be so surprised how far you can run especially after all these workouts! I genuinely feel like I have a new set of legs 🤣 My stamina and endurance has improved 1000% and you'll be the same for sure! Best of luck with it 😄🙌🏼🏃🏻♀️
Hello Queens! I haven't forgotten about this! I took abour 2 weeks off with the wedding all and all, I only got one in (The day before the big day would you believe!) however, I THINK, no, I BELIEVE I can still complete the challenge. I counted up how many workouts total we have to have done wth the average of 3 per week, so I have 9 left to do in order to complete the challenge. Did Maeve say the challenge ends on the 17th? I just did last week's Lean Legs - loving the introduction of Christmas songs!! Between some ballet barre / sweaty sevens / active recovery and the usual workouts I can still complete this!! Hope you are all doing well and still pushing on!!xxx

Hey Queens how r we all doing! 👑. Whopwhop Week 11 competed, can u believe it! 😱. This will b my 2nd last diary entry for this challenge. So here goes.
My week seems to have flown by, a bit of a whirlwind. I felt a bit sluggish on Monday but 1st workout of the wk leaner legs 2.0 so got me back on form. So my Daily Workouts - 9 out of 10 completed & thoroughly enjoyed. Meal plan was well planned so I was very happy with how it went. My sleep was gd for most of the week, I think I was just a bit wound up 1 r 2 nights which kept we awake but I expected that it's hectic this time of the year. Now I knew that I wld b running all over the place this week & expected my steps to be low but in actual fact I was very surprised & very happy that I was still able to maintain my step count but amazingly my Cal burn was off the charts. So all in all I'm pleased enough with how Week 11 went for me.
For Week 12 I'm going to stay on point with my goals but I am going to enjoy the heck out of all the workouts more than ever. 200%all the way. We r on the last hurdle Queens WEEK 12 WHOPWHOP. Let's kick some Perky Peaches 🍑.

My week 11 was good on the workouts but bad on the diet (too much wine and cheese this week!!) and I know it's affected my perky peach recovery as I can barely get out of bed this morning 🙊😂!! I am just so excited to smash this week and absolutely give 200% like you said 👌🏻 Can't wait to hop on my sleigh hehe, the Christmas songs in the workouts just make me smile so much. Can't believe he's nearly here.... dear Santa all I want for Christmas is a perky peach, lean legs and strong arms hehehe 🤪 🎅🏼 🛷
