New to QDQ and absolutely loving it already. Love all the positive energy, fun and support on here 💕 I'm just looking for some advice...when doing a cardio and strength class back to back, do you think it makes any difference which one you do first? Just curious if there's any benefit to getting the heart rate up first or if it makes a blind bit of difference 😂
@Lucy O'Connell I'm no expert but I would do the cardio first, warm up the body & get it ready for the weight session. Enjoy x
@Lucy O'Connell Not sure if it makes a difference to be honest Lucy, I personally would agree with @Deirdre Mooney in that I would prefer to do the cardio first to get myself nice and warmed up but it's probably down to a lot of personal preference too x
Thanks girls! Kinda thought that myself but said I'd see what people thought 😄 just did HIIT party followed by Tracey's class and now I'm gonna just lie here and recover 😂

I would agree with @Deirdre Mooney, a good cardio hiit would defo warm you up for weights next!!! I love the strenght workouts, they still create a good sweat!! x
I tried to do the other way round yesterday....... flutes and gains followed by hiit..... not a success. On a Wednesday I always do hiit before sweaty sevens so will be back to that from now on
