Hi everyone, I am loving the summer strong challenge. This is my 3rd challenge with QDQ and I think it is my favourite! I am really enjoying the upper and lower body workouts ... I would have always preferred the HIIT style over strength.
I got this photo during 'twerk and work' tonight and I CANNOT believe my legs look as toned as they do?! And I am seeing defintion around my tummy!! After losing 4 stone I am so proud of how far I have come and these workouts are really helping me to tone and get some definition on what was some seriously flabby skin!

You look amazing. I agree. I also prefer hiit...but after starting this challenge I love the results I'm getting. It's also been less stress on my knees.
