It says on the calendar that its total body but I like to do it for my upper body session ;)

@Claire Keane I've just done the active arms and abs this morning and I would say it's more total than arms! Maybe I'm wrong, but I know when I do machine gun/sexy shoulders it is solely upper, whereas this morning had a few other bits in with arms! It was really good though, some old songs in there🎉
I did the workout yesterday and it was really good . I could more than feel the burn even when I had lesser weights. Songs were very good too :) Will 100% be doing it again
@Claire Keane I was wondering the same thing. Only other options this week are Boxer Arms with Emma and Ultimate arms with Francesca but I can't find Ultimate Arms in the library? Can we do a class from previous weeks @Maeve Madden ?
@Sarah O’Neill I did Fran's class from last week last night again since the new one wasn't uploaded to the library yesterday (noticed it's just uploaded now) .. I hope it still counts towards the challenge too! ♥️
