Wasnt going to do this morning's workout beacsue my legs and glutes are still on fire from yesterday's lean legs, even coming down the stairs was a struggle 😂😂 decided I'd at least try it and even do half. But finished the whole workout. Second day on team queen and absolutely loving it.
@Annie Dowling woohoooo yes Annie that is fabulous, tbh I was feeling so meh this morning, and although I did hormonally struggle to get through it im so pleased I did it, (I know I have to do it) but just proud I made it through lol

What is wrong with us all today?! I was struggling to get through work this morning, then had no motivation, but like you Annie decided to do half an hour of the workout on my lunch ... thinking better than nothing. I finished it, now definitely wasn't full power but pleased with myself

BEST HIIT Day ever!! Record burn and loved every song and the abs part kept the heart rate up. Went old school on Survivor cause I just love it. @Maeve Madden more like today, please 💗
@Annie Dowling welcome honey!!!! leg day yesterday was super spicy so I totally understand d struggle today!!! @Sinead Toal I'm right there with you. And as soon as the endorphins would kick in my internet would start to buffer. Definitely wasn't my most energetic workouts either
@Carmel Mulvany definitely spicy and I was only at 50% energy wise. Survivor was AMAZING though. Love anything boxercisey and that definitely fits the bill.
One thing I don't recommend - don't do Lean Legs before this HIIT workout! You get hit with Bang Bang twice!
