Dear Queens,
As you know I take just 2-3 live classes on Instagram per week. The 20 min hiit class and the Tuesday night sweaty7s.
I have mentioned before that sometimes unfortunately when we download the classes after they are complete, the voice downloads out of sync. Before I had gone ahead and uploaded the class anyway as im unsure how to fix that issue but it was not enjoyable as it is more difficult to follow.
If ever a class has not been uploaded this is the reason. Due to this, I am introducing two extra live classes on the platform, Strength with Em Fury and Barre Ballet with Sinead.
Remember the IG lives are still all saved to my ig page for you to complete anyway.
